So how much gas can you save when you buy this type of cars? Here is the answer, Hybrids cars has an EPA estimate of 26-40 MPG. Compare that EPA estimate to other cars and you will see a huge different. One of the most fuel efficient car in my opinion is the Toyota Prius this machine has an Average EPA fuel economy estimates of 51 MPG city/48 MPG highway. So far its the highest selling hybrid car today. Coming close in second is the Honda Insight with an estimate EPA of 40 MPG city/43 MPG highway/41 MPG combined. There are other Hybrid cars available in the market right now and each of them has its pros and cons so its up for you to decide which hybrid cars fits you well. Always do your research first before buying a hybrid car so that you wont get disappointed in the future.
