Grand restaurant
What I would like to mean is that instead of looking at Paris city from the Eiffel tower…a restaurant where we can dine with Eiffel Tower in the background…for example a restaurant at the top floor of a hotel ot building…Thank you
The place you are looking for is the Ciel du Paris, on the 59th floor of Tour Montparnaise.
The restaurant there is less expensive than eating in the Eiffel Tower, and it has a stunning view of the city from the tallest building in the country. In fact, when you are in this building is the only time you can’t see it, because it is so tall.
If you want to see a photo I took from our window table looking at the Eiffel Tower you can find it on my friend’s blog "Hello-Paris" or look for it in Yahoo Trip Planner under "Anniversary Trip" by Paris Traveler.
Have a nice time there. It is wonderful. Bonne chance!
Im looking for a dine in pizza hut restaurant around the liverpool area in sydney does anyone know of any, or one in sydney at all?
Shop 1
52 Memorial Ave
Liverpool, NSW
1300 PIZZA HUT
(1300 749 924)
I worked at a place once where we were ordered NOT to throw the rolls out, but to put them back in the bag and reuse them. And the napkins that lined the baskets were cloth and those would get reused too, even with grubby hands touching them, getting stained and so forth. Then the management changed and the policy changed, thank goodness. Returned rolls were thrown out, and we switched to paper napkins to line the baskets. So, yes, some restaurants do recycle the bread, unfortunately.
What restaurant(s) would be perfect to choose without having the restaurant staff being grumpy?
Thanks.
When I was going on dental school interviews, I ate alone at restaurants at least 20 times, including several times in NYC, and the staff were never grumpy with me. I ate everywhere from a diner to a pizza place to fast food to frozen yogurt to a bagel shop to ihop, and everyone was perfectly nice. I’d just recommend bringing a newspaper or something else to read so she’s not just sitting there.

I work 10 hours everyday.
I listen to my boss piss and moan over non-sense.
When I go to a restaurant, the last thing I want to hear is a bunch of christians disrupting my meal with their garbage prayers!
I deserve peace and quiet while I dine.
Last time I went to red lobster, a bunch of crazy christians were dining at this table.
There was about ten of them.
Each one of them took turns praying over their food.
Do you know how irriating it is to hear 10 people praying?
I complained and was told they have a right to pray.
What about my right to peace and quiet?
They have every right to pray in public. If you don’t like it I suggest to dine at home. As a side note, prayer isn’t "garbage." Nice day to you and God bless
I am new in NYC and looking for a waitress job. I have worked in world-class fine-dining restaurants as a server around the country: Los Angeles, Aspen etc
I would appreciate if anyone could recommend some restaurants where the money and work environment are good!
Thanks!
Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse.
if there are any sous chefs out there that can help answer this question, it would really help me to make the right decision. i’m leaving my current position in garde manger for a position at another restaurant in the pastry department. my sous chef is asking for a 1 month’s notice. he has led me to believe that if i give him less it will refelct negatively on our relationship. is he being unreasonable? at this point i don’t feel like giving him any at all. thanks in advance.
2 weeks is standard practice -any more than that is personal. put your notice in writing.
are they usually a mix of koreans and americans? also, what restaurant do you recommend for americans who have yet to try korean food? and where? where is the best galbi place that is not too overpriced (somewhere that is not over $20)
I eat in KoreaTown like twice a week..Love Korean food! A good starting place is called Kum Gang San, you will probably find the most non Korean people eating here. 2 doors down is a place called Gahm Mi Oak, IMO they have THE best kimchi there. There is a Korean tofu place on 35 st called Cho Dang Gol which is great, but the one place on that block that always has the longest lines and are usually 99% Korean customers (which usually means it’s good, and it IS) is called Kun Jip. Enjoy!
