Gaining Weight

What is the first thing that enters into your mind when you feel you have gained weight? If you are like me, when this happens we tend to avoid the scale. We feel that if we will wait a week or 2, we can get the weight off before we have to acknowledge it on the scale. That way we can get the weight off and we will never have to see the increased number on the scale. But this mind game can be the beginning of a backward slide. It is easy to put on weight and not realize it if you are afraid of getting on the scale.
