How to Alternate Your Workouts

When you have a bunch of different workouts to do, you need to learn to alternate them so you can get the most effectiveness out of them. Let’s run through an example of a three month time period.
First, if you are new, I would start with a good circuit workout. Most circuit workouts will have mainly body weight exercises. During the next month, I would go to some interval treadmill workouts. These will help you burn more fat and start the slim down process. Then during that third month I would hit a good weight training workout.
During the interval month, I would add some body weight exercises just to keep things rounded out.
