Loosing weight is hard

Loosing weight can be really hard. Actually it IS really hard. Like many things in life, on the surface it looks pretty simple and straightforward. And it is. But it is NOT easy.
The reason is that to loose a lot of weight and maintain a healthy weight, the key word is consistency. And while we can all loose some pounds, after a while it gets real heard.
There are many methods to do this. Exercise being the first one. But then there are things like xenical for those who have a serious weight problem. Tihng is, only doctors can tell you if this is right for your particular case or not.
