Statistics show that 7 out of 10 people are on a diet at any given time. You have to wonder why so many people cannot achieve their weight loss goals. A lot of people enter into weight loss programs hoping to find a quick fix and it is not there. You did not gain weight overnight and it will not come off in an instant. It will take time and it is a process that you should learn from. If you shoot for making small changes that will lead to achieving your overall goal, you will get farther quicker than trying to achieve a large goal without breaking it down into smaller milestones.
