Where should I go in Europe?

I just reurned from my first Europe trip and fell in love with Amsterdam! I am trying to decide where to go next… I loved the architecture and the blending of cultures. I want my next European destination to include: a laid back atmosphere, lots of cafes and informal dining/shopping options, and beautiful buildings. Where should I go?? Keep in mind, I live in CA and fell in love with Amsterdam!
I love Bergen in Norway… great hanseatic buildings, beautiful nature, quite good food if you are into seafood, several cafes by now and Norwegians take their recreation seriously. But the weather is like Seattle weather…
You might like Paris too. It has great architecture, quite relaxed culture and lots of cafes. My personal favorite in France was the provence region – not a particular city. I found Parisians to be somewhat shallow and obnoxious at times (I think they can be very gender oriented and opinionated).
Rome is nice (lots of history) and so are Sienna, Venice and Florence. Prague, Cesky Krumlov…

I would highly recommend the Slavic Coast. Europeans go here to relax and it is a beach area that is beautiful and has nice people. This is a highly sought after vacation area in Europe for all Europeans.
This area is the former Yugoslavian country that is now many countries. Stay with the coastline. Lots of cafes, shopping, and great atmosphere with sights that take your breathe away. I have never been there but have done lots of research on the area because my father was born in Yugoslavia (Croatia). And I keep seeing in my travel magazines that it is now the best place to relax in Europe.
Check it out.

Just about anywhere in Europe is going to be a good option. If your looking for something a bit more "off the beaten path" Try Budapest. Its cheaper than most other places in Europe and quite chilled out. The archetecture is nice and the people are great. I dont think you will have a problem finding whats necessary for you to feel like your in Cali or A-dam anywhere in Europe

Prague, Czech Republic would be a good fit. The architecture is amazing and the prices are really reasonable as well. I have heard from several people that it is the best place to go in Europe (though I am partial to Ireland and Italy as well).

Europe is very beutiful. But i like Slovenia most. Cuz it has everything, the coast, mountains, lakes, valleys, woods, caves. It is not big and there isn’t much criminal. U can party also. The best way to know where something is happening is to just ask the youngsters on the street. Bars mustn’t be far. Also prices are not so high like in switzerland. Slovenia is in Eu and Nato, so can’t be afraid. People are nice, specilay to turists. It is worth visiting.
