Dine for the Charleston

I want a restaurant that is fancy, like you should dress up to go and eat there. But I also want it to be affordable and not really expensive. Any ideas?

Well, great environment for reasonable (15-20ish a plate) is PF Chang’s.
Weber Grill is good too if you prefer steaks.

   I don’t know how affordable you are looking for, but one of my favorites (hubby and I go once a year) is Fogo De Chao (a Brazillian steakhouse). They have the most fantastic food there and it’s really a great experience!
   Another good one that is less expensive is the Rathskeller (a German restaurant)
