Big Bowl. But that’s my opinion, and this question will not get one "true" answer, because every person has his/her own opinion of what the best restaurant to dine out is.

The best restaurant caters to all palate and dietery needs. The best restaurant offers a good selection of value meals and gourmet items for sophisticated tastes and those with deeper pockets. A good bar, and a nice selection for children is probably helpful.
The only type of place I can think of are buffet style restaurants like Ryans or Golden Corral or others like this. They have a little of everything for everyone, for one flat cost. Just one thing though, no alcohol is served there.
Without being more specific of your needs, I guess I can’t recommend anything else.
Me personally though, I like good steak houses…good one’s. Not the standard franchise chain one’s.
Now I’m hungry.
