Why do people get tattoos on their belly?

I think belly tattoos are awesome, when they are done right. It is a nice place to get a tattoo because it is less painful and there is a large area you can use to get a really big design. Don’t just get a design which fits into a circle or square area though, that sits wrong because it looks like it is just a badge on your stomach, instead go for something which can be made to fit into the space and accentuate the lines of your stomach. Or you could take a normal design you like and ask then to do some custom work to it to make it flow better.
