Ink and Toner Costs $

In most offices or home offices, few office supplies will cost as much annually as ink and toner. According to data from the AMEX Small Business group, the average office spends at least $2,000 per year in ink and toner.

So how can you same money in this area?

Here are a few suggestions:

#1 – Consider buying an alternative brand versus a name brand like HP.

#2 – Give some thought to purchasing remanufactured ink and toner instead of new brand name gear.

#3 – Buy in bulk whenever you can. If you know that you normally use 10 inkjet cartridges over a year’s time, you can get a better deal buying all 10 in January versus buying a single cartridge every other month.
