when rabbits are eaten with roasted vegtables you just cant beat it to have a lovely cooked rabbit. To cook a rabbit you will need a baking tray, a oven, some seasoning, foil and herbs and a timer you place the rabbit on a tray and season with herbs salt and pepper cover the rabbit with foil and place in a pre heated oven on a low heat the secret is to cook very slowly to make sure the meat is tender check the rabbit every 20 minutes and baste with its own juices and two hours later your rabbit should be ready to eat rabbit hutches
